ROB HOLLAND WINS U.S. NATIONAL AEROBATIC CHAMPIONSHIP

Holland Clinches Unlimited With "Unknown"

After capturing the gold medal for his billiant 4-minute freestyle routine at the World Aerobatic Championships, Rob Holland, clinched the U.S. Unlimited Championship with an impressive performance in the Unkown.

Going into the final competition Thursday, Holland was second in the "Known" and first in the "Free."  He ended with a total of 10252.71. 

Goody Thomas finished second with 10015.29 and Michael Racy in third with 9676.29.

Holland was a former World Avanced Aerobatic Champion. In the Advance category for the U.S. Nationals, Nick Timofeev captured the title in an MXS with Benjamin Freelove finishing second and Kelly Adams in third. You may recognize Freelove as a member of Sean Tucker's The Collaborators.
